Giovanni was a respectful and responsive host. The location was very good in a nice part of Ipanema close to the beach. A few things to note, the hotel has changed names to "hotel tulip" which has some apartments and some hotel rooms. The floor that our apartment was on had other residents. Walls were very thin and can hear noise in the hallway from the bedroom. Also, the apartment was not fully cleaned when we arrived, only the bed sheets were changed. Breakfast not good. Overall a good stay for the price but slightly disappointed by my Americano standards.

Very well situated place very near to the beautiful ipanema and copacabana beaches - close enough for a quick dip after breakfast. It has a nice balcony area and a view over the pool. Nice place - i enjoyed my stay.

Good Appartment, like on the Photos. It is in a good Place, near to Leblon & Ipanema Beach.. On the road to Copacabana are many homeless people. I can recommend this Airbnb, its like on the Photos and cleaning service incl.
The only Problem is, on the Reception nobody speaks English. Good Location
