We had a great stay at Giovanni's apartment in Rio. He and his staff were in constant contact via WhatsApp so we could coordinate meeting and check into the apartment, which was very easy and most appreciated as we drove into town and encountered traffic along the way (many thanks to Estela and Christian!). The apartment is in great location, just one short block to Copacabana beach. Nice selection of restaurants, cafe's and markets within easy walking distance. The apartment/building entrance is in nice area, secure with 24 hr staffed entry desk. Easy elevator access to front door of apartment. Apartment itself is just as pictured, clean, modern and well appointed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room for (2) couples as we each had separate bedrooms/bathrooms. The living room/dining room area large with comfortable sofa and dining table. Large flat screen television and great internet/wifi connectivity. Modern kitchen, well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, coffee maker and large refridge for food and drink. Even includes a combo washer/dryer in the back entry area of the kitchen, which was a nice surprise. The apartment has plenty of windows to let in light and fresh air, but don't expect a view, as all the windows face inward towards the other buildings in the neighborhood. At night through the living room window you can see "Christ the Redeemer" illuminated in the distance. All in all, Giovani's place is a great find and I highly recommend. Obrigado Giovani and staff!

Très bel appartement, propre et bien agencé. Une belle surprise la salle de bain cachée dans un placard dans la suite parentale. J’ai apprécié la proximité avec Copacabana et la disponibilité du concierge qui a accepté de surveiller nos bagages nous permettant de faire une dernière visite avant de partir.

Great communication, location is super close to the beach, stores, bars and restaurants, easy check in and out, quiet building with respectful neighbors. All the amenities of home.

Excelente experiencia con este departamento. Es tal cual a cómo se ve en las fotos, el living es lo mejor que tiene. Habitaciones tal vez un poco chicas. Lavadero amplio y cocina amplia. La vista es muy fea por todas las ventanas. La zona no es la más linda tampoco. Es un departamento caro para su ubicación pero a pesar de todo, sigue valiendo la pena.
